Why doesn’t the conditioner absorb instantly?
HNY Conditioner is silicone-free, so it provides slip without heavy coating. Used after the gentle HNY Shampoo, it works gradually on balanced cuticles, letting keratin, collagen, silk proteins, shea butter, and macadamia oil smooth, soften, and support hair. Apply to mid-lengths and ends for 3–5 minutes, then rinse. The lightweight formula allows ingredients to settle before detangling, leaving hair soft, manageable, and never weighed down.

No. HNY Haircare is silicone-free. We use conditioning agents, proteins and lightweight emollients instead of heavy silicone coatings, helping hair stay soft, light and free from build-up.

Why does the shampoo still foam if it’s sulphate-free and free from stronger cleansers?
Many think foam means strong sulphates, but HNY Shampoo uses five mild cleansers to remove dirt, oil, and buildup while producing rich foam. Gentle on scalp and hair, it respects cuticle balance, making it ideal for natural, color-treated, or extension hair, and for hormonal changes like menopause. The result is a clean, fresh, foamy shampoo that’s effective yet lightweight and kind to hair.

Can I use the leave-in conditioning spray on dry hair?
Yes! The HNY Leave-In Conditioning Spray works on both damp and dry hair. On damp hair, it detangles, hydrates, and distributes keratin, silk amino acids, and pro-vitamin B5 evenly for smoothness, shine, and manageability especially when blow-dried. Silicone-free, it stays lightweight. On dry hair, it adds texture, volume, and light hold, ideal for styling or refreshing. Use sparingly on extensions or fine hair to keep movement.
