We manufacture and supply cosmetic haircare products designed for consumer use.
All products comply with UK Cosmetic Regulation (Schedule 34) and Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, as applicable in GB.
Eligibility to Purchase
You must be:

At least 13 years old (customers aged 13–17 must have permission to use payment details), and

A resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales).
We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland, the EU, or international destinations.
Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, photos, and prices are accurate.

All products must be used according to the provided instructions
We are not liable for misuse of products or allergic reactions. Customers should always check the full INCI ingredient list before use.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Order Acceptance
Your order is only confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email.

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded immediately.

Returns & Refunds
Our returns process complies with UK consumer law.
Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
However, due to hygiene and safety:
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customer is responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty If your item arrives faulty, damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours

Provide photos of the issue. Packages & content inside.

We may replace or refund the item after inspection.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Customers have 30 days to claim a full refund for a faulty product
HNY Haircare Ltd may cover return postage for faults or damage goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process applies.
